SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long will it take to get your order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days (excluding shipping time), however in light of the current situation, please allow up to 4 business days.

Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next business day. Roots Professional UK does not guarantee that all delivery methods will be available to all addresses.

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery (3-7 business days) at £2.00 P & P

International order

International orders will be shipped economy / 7-10 business days for delivery. If faster shipping is required please contact us at contact@rootsprofessional.co.uk for quotation. Our shipping cost does not include import duties. Our customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes as determined by your country.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address linked to your account. You may expect to receive this email within the one to two business day timeframe. The email will contain the details of your shipment.

Pre-sell Items

Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. We will notify you of the status of your pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted for 30 days from the original date of purchase by way of a credit note. Product must be unused, we will not issue a refund credit on an empty bottle. If you would like to make a return, send an email to contact@rootsprofessional.co.uk with the subject line ‘Return Request’. Please include your order number in the body of the email.

No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days, and no packages will be accepted back without an authorisation code.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).

Only items purchased from rootsprofessional.co.uk must be returned to us. If you purchase our products through a retailer shop, you must return it to the original point of purchase. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.
